ICP Elemental Analysis
ICP elemental analysis identifies and quantifies the elements present in a sample using a high-temperature plasma source. It is ideal for detecting trace contaminants, verifying alloy composition, and meeting regulatory thresholds across a wide range of industries.
Results are reported as elemental concentrations (ppm, wt%) with detection limits in the sub-ppm range. Solid samples are acid-digested in-house prior to analysis, so no external prep is required. Luvak runs ICP on the SPECTRO ARCOS FHX22 to ASTM E1479, E2371, E2594, and E3061.
Why ICP
Multi-Element in One Run
Measure many elements at once for faster, more complete results.
Sub-PPM Detection
Reliable trace-level sensitivity for contaminants and impurities.
Wide Material Range
Works across metals, solutions, ceramics, and specialty materials.
In-House Prep
Acid digestion handled in our lab, with no external prep required.
