DCP Elemental Analysis

DCP elemental analysis determines the elements in a sample by measuring the light emitted from a direct current plasma. It is a proven optical emission method for verifying alloy composition and quantifying major and trace elements.

Results are reported as elemental concentrations (ppm, wt%), and solid samples are dissolved in-house before analysis. Luvak has more than 30 years of experience with DCP on the Beckman Spectra Span VI, run to ASTM E1097 and E2371.
