Gravimetric Analysis
Gravimetric analysis determines the amount of a substance by carefully measuring mass through controlled steps such as ignition, drying, or precipitation. It remains one of the most accurate classical methods for assays and content determinations that do not rely on instruments. Luvak’s gravimetric work includes carbon assay (carbon, ash, and volatile organic carbon), moisture, loss on ignition, oxidation, density, and specific gravity.
These determinations support graphitic products, powders, and a range of materials where mass-based measurement is the reference method.
Why Gravimetric Analysis
Reference-Grade Accuracy
A classical method trusted for assays.
Broad Determinations
Carbon assay, ash, moisture, density, and more.
Complements Instrumental Methods
Fills gaps that spectroscopy does not cover.
